The bus picks up from Byron Bay Surf Club at 12:40 PM for a 12:50 PM sharp departure, then collects from Bangalow Hotel on the way to Frida's Field. At the end of the night (around 10:00 PM), the bus does the return drop-offs to both locations. Let us know in the RSVP if you need a seat!

Frida's Field are incredible at catering to all dietary needs. Just let us know in the RSVP form and we'll make sure you're looked after.

The Byron hinterland in late August is mild and beautiful - expect around 12–22°C. The ceremony is outdoors, so bring a light jacket or wrap for the afternoon and evening.

Your presence is honestly the best gift. If you'd like to contribute to our next adventure together, we've set up a small wishing well on the day.

Minimal parking is available at Frida’s Field, with only a couple of spots reserved for vendors and those with mobility difficulties. Please consider catching the transport organised from Byron Bay Surf Club or Bangalow Hotel - alternatively taxi’s or Ubers are available in the afternoon and the address is 76 Booyong Road, Nashua NSW 2479 - about 10 minutes from Bangalow and 25 minutes from Byron Bay.

We'd love for you to be fully present with us during the ceremony - our photographer and videographer will capture every moment beautifully. Please keep phones tucked away until after we've said "I do!"
